Research has revealed that over half of small and medium-sized business owners don't have a business plan thereby endangering their future prosperity and survival. A recent study by accountancy firm PKF has discovered that although 45% of the business owners questioned were working to a plan, 46% had a strategy but no plan and 9% claimed to have no plan at all.
